The spot is close to the metro and bus lines, and the welcome was warm with staff who were available and helpful. The electrical surges were a problem, and the hot water tank had insufficient capacity when several people were using it.

There’s nothing to like. The room is small, the shared bathroom isn’t clean and lacks facilities like soap or a toothbrush. The lights in the house are dim, the terrace isn’t tidy, and the kitchen smells bad.

Nothing good, the facilities are old, deteriorated, and dirty; the power cuts every time the kitchen or an air conditioner is turned on. It’s terrible to be there. I didn’t like that the photos show a great terrace while everything else is ugly and old, the facilities are uncomfortable and dirty. Towels and bedding are only changed once during the stay.

The location is good, about a 5‑minute walk to the metro or a 20‑minute walk into town. The cooking facilities are great and there’s a large common area for eating, and the air‑conditioning in the bedrooms works well. The bathroom/showers are quite small.

The location is good, the apartment is in decent condition, but the bathroom ruined the experience. The bathroom is very small and insufficient for the number of guests; it’s very difficult to shower because it’s too cramped.
