“A nice place to stay, but read reviews carefully.”
The apartment itself was nice, with a small private garden that had two loungers and an outdoor seating area, and it’s close to a large pool with a cafe/bar/shop, plenty of loungers, umbrellas, and parking. Inside, the air‑con worked well and the place was well equipped, though oddly missing a corkscrew. The downside is that it sits on a hill, so walking back to the beach is a bit of a trek; a taxi is cheap though. We ran into maintenance problems: the toilet door didn’t lock, some wardrobe doors wouldn’t slide, and we didn’t receive towels for everyone in our party. A loud intermittent buzzing noise came from the bedroom air‑con. We asked the manager to fix these issues; he came, gave us towels, and repaired one door, promising to return for the buzzing noise and the toilet lock, but he never did. He also told us to only leave negative comments in a private message, which I object to because people deserve to see honest reviews. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but I’m upset by that dishonesty.
