The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The coffee is amazing, and that was the tipping point for me returning a second time—keep it up. I’m not a huge fan of pets in hotels, but I know they’re important to many people; the staff made sure the room was clean and there was little to no evidence of pets.

The location is close to the highway and the employees were friendly, except one. The checkout info on the back of the door says noon, but the front‑desk lady that day said it was 11 am; another time I stayed there, I think it was noon. Consistent times would help. Also, a drawer kept opening by itself.
