The hotel is stunning—both the building and the surrounding nature are impressive. The staff are helpful, the food tastes amazing, and the outdoor pool is top‑notch. Nothing to complain about, everything’s perfect 🙂
Breakfast was nice, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped and there was construction going on. Still, overall it’s a great place :)
Lots of dust and noise from the construction right under the rooms.

Everything in the hotel is great—hot, clean pools, a well‑equipped kids’ corner, and rooms kept tidy with super comfy mattresses. The food is the tastiest we’ve had in a Bulgarian hotel, even better than some of the popular 5‑star spots. The staff are super friendly and responsive, all young guys and gals, and it’s all at a reasonable price. We’ll definitely stay again this year.
