I arrived and the hotel was closed! Booking didn’t cover any cost and didn’t provide the necessary assistance.

The hotel was shut down; when I arrived to check in on 29/08/26 I found a “Hotel closed” sign, and the booking support team stepped in to help.

The receptionist was attentive and efficient, the location was great with shops, cafés, restaurants nearby and not far from the beach, but the building is very old, hasn’t been renovated in a long time, access is only by stairs, and the amenities didn’t meet my expectations.

I booked and paid, but when I arrived the place was closed with no prior notice; I had to pay for an Uber and book another hotel at the last minute at a higher price.
