The place was clean, the breakfast was good, it was easy to get around, and the staff were welcoming. The only downside was the lack of a bidet and the shower water temperature was hard to adjust.

A great breakfast, a bike storage area, and the water refill station for your own bottles uses almost no plastic – very sustainable.

The location was super close to the train station and the center of Trieste. A few staff members were exceptionally courteous. At the entrance you could refill water and grab a few snacks. The room didn’t have a bidet, which I’d expect in Italy – maybe a mistake. The mattress was very firm, the pillows were all the same type and firm, so the bed was generally uncomfortable. The breakfast room was quite small and the single buffet table was cramped.

The hotel sits in the city center, right next to the train and bus stations. Every area is clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and ready to give useful tips for visiting the city. Breakfast is good, with plenty of sweets, and the breakfast man is very helpful and attentive. At the entrance you also have a dispenser to fill your bottle.
