The location was spot‑on, but the carpet was stained and sticky, the bathroom door had stains and hair stuck to it, and the shower was cracked with a lot of yellowish grime.

The lady at the front desk was great, yet the room we booked for three people only had towels for two.

Ample parking, quiet, friendly staff. Loud AC unit. No grab bars in the shower, loose toilet seats, no night light in the bathroom. The break closes at 9:30; it would be nice to stay until 10 am.

It’s conveniently close to the highway, just about an hour’s drive from San Francisco.

I wish they had offered bacon for breakfast.
