The spot is great and they even let us pay in cash, which was a lifesaver since we’re foreigners and had trouble with cards. On the downside, the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear whatever’s happening next door. Overall, convenient location but a bit noisy.

I booked a two‑night stay in Beijing, but when I got there it took me about two hours at night to locate the place. The directions in the system were vague, so I ended up wandering around cluelessly. Not the kind of first‑time impression I was hoping for.

I’d normally stick with Holiday Inn, but this time they turned me away despite having a reservation, and none of the front desk staff spoke any English. Their app was useless, and I spent five frustrating hours trying to sort it out with no resolution. In the end they took my money and a day of my vacation—definitely won’t book through them again.
