The staff were extremely friendly and competent, always ready to help without asking for tips. The restaurant and bar teams were always present and clean, the entertainment was non‑intrusive but very good, room cleaning was solid, the grounds and pathways were tidy and orderly, the lifeguards on the beach were excellent, and the diving staff went out of their way to recommend great excursions that we enjoyed fully.

Huge thanks to everyone at the resort, especially the reception—A. Ahmed Abdel Karim, the reception manager, and Islam, Ghada, Mohamed, the general chef, A. Sid, the housekeeping manager, and A. Hamdy, the music and drinks manager, plus the reservation team, and a big thank you to the general manager. Nothing else.

I found the distance to be good.

Great value for the price. It would have been nice to have a bit more daytime activity and a more varied menu.
