On 7/16/26 the power cut out around 5 am, phones were dead so we couldn't reach anyone, and I had to drag all my luggage down three flights of stairs in the heat and humidity; at 77, with my daughter and 9‑year‑old twin grandchildren, no assistance was offered. When I reached the lobby, the staff were unhelpful and told me the manager would only be available at 7:30.
