We arrived very early and were still greeted warmly by Vittorio, who had the room cleaned first and gave us a coffee to shorten the wait. The room was very spacious and opened onto a courtyard. There was ample space for clothes in an open shelf with a hanger. The bathroom was also pleasantly sized. Everything was very clean. The location is convenient because everything is within walking distance. The breakfast room was cramped.

The rooms were clean, bright and cozy, and the spot was great—quiet and close to everything. The breakfast area was charming and the spread was solid, making it a perfect base for a short city trip.

The location was unbeatable, with everything within easy walking distance. The property itself was spotless, calm and comfortable, and Vittorio was incredibly helpful; we especially appreciated the handy list of restaurants he handed us on arrival. The breakfast was lovely and the bed was fantastic. The only gripe was that we’d liked a bit more time in Bologna.
