The room setup matches the photo exactly and it’s very spacious. The bathroom, however, needs renovation.

I was underwhelmed by my stay at this hotel, which seemed to cater primarily to couples. As a traveler on a business trip or with family, I didn't find it suitable. Additionally, the information provided was not clear, leading to some confusion.

My family and I stayed at this hotel, which had the advantage of being close to the center of Cau Giay. However, we were not pleased to find condoms displayed prominently at the foot of the bed, which wasn't ideal for our young children.

Although the personnel were kind, our overall experience at this hotel was marred by several issues. The hotel operates as a love hotel, which wasn't indicated during booking, and the rooms are themed, but we didn't get the one we booked. The cleanliness was subpar, with dusty rooms and dirty common areas. Communication in English was also difficult, despite claims that staff spoke both English and Vietnamese.
