Julie was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. It was nice and quiet at night, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Biscuits were in the room each day. Nothing negative.

Everything about the Parkfield Hotel was excellent—the room, the breakfast, and the facilities you would be VERY hard pushed to find a better hotel. I will 100% be going again in 2027. Julie was a fantastic host who looked after me excellently. There was nothing at all that I did not like about this hotel. The location is just next to Pleasure Beach, loads of activities close at hand, plenty of food outlets and pubs, and plenty of entertainment all within walking distance.

The breakfast was lovely and fuss‑free, offering a few different options that were all clean and well presented. Nothing else stood out as a problem, except that the walk to the tram stop was a bit inconvenient.
