Very clean place, and I found that the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. It is well decorated, smells fresh all the time. Both bathrooms are good and clean. I was warmly welcomed by Elena, the owner. Very pleasant to chat with. Absolutely nothing

The location is nice and there are plenty of public transport options just outside the door. The property is in an old charming building, and the bedroom unfortunately is very badly isolated from indoor and outdoor noises which makes sleeping quite challenging. Also, it should be better marked that it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator

The air conditioner doesn’t work and the sofa is dirty. The receptioner can’t speak English

The staff were very polite and the service excellent; the apartment was cozy, clean, and offered a picturesque view in a great location. Many stores and cafés were nearby, so we enjoyed our time there. Thank you so much!

It was nice and clean, and we had booked a room with its own toilet and shower. Olena was very kind and gave us good tips and facts right away, which was helpful. In a neighborhood where you truly feel among locals, it’s on a busy street with many buses and trams, and planes fly directly above the Alcantara area. We found it perfect, 50 m from a Lidl and 100 m from XL Factory, so absolutely top! Everything was fine and a pleasant place.
