The resort was incredibly beautiful, lovingly landscaped, and the staff were perfect; the food was excellent, especially the fantastic curry we received, and it’s worth hiking around the area… Nothing to add.

“AMAZING!”

We spent two nights here, and it turned out to be one of the most distinctive spots we visited in Sri Lanka; the drive cuts through dense jungle, setting a special tone. Upon arrival we were struck by how gorgeous the property looked, with lush greenery everywhere. The room matched the photos exactly, and the whole vibe felt peaceful, magical, and genuine. We loved strolling the grounds and soaking in the scenery. The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially Mahinda, who also cooks. He organized activities like canyoning, arranged a tuk‑tuk, and served some of the best meals of our trip—his first Sri Lankan dish after landing set a high bar, a perfect 10/10. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of a mini‑fridge in the room, the lack of alcohol service (we’d have liked a bottle of wine for a romantic evening), and the time it takes to leave the hotel because of its remote location, so plan accordingly. Other than that, everything was wonderful and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a unique, peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

“Amazing Oasis of calm with nature. Stunning place that exceeded expectations!”

The lodge was absolutely fantastic—perfect for wrapping up our Sri Lankan tour before heading back to Colombo. The forest setting felt so tranquil, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Our two‑bedroom villa was enormous, with a gorgeous veranda overlooking a natural rock‑pool that we swam in daily while monkeys watched. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. The whole place was beautifully decorated, and the kids loved the pool‑table room. We also enjoyed the nearby water rafting. The only thing I’d suggest is swapping the single‑use plastic shampoo and showergel for refillable bottles, like the hand soap you already offer. Still, everything else was wonderful.

“Immersion originale entre jungle et rivière tropicale, avec style!”

The décor and style were extremely elegant, transforming these historic homes into a perfect alchemy! We were in town with a magnificent pool right above the torrent, feeling like we were the only ones in the world.

Cannot express the words I have for this place. I refused to go on the van on the day we left. If I can put more stars in booking, this place is much higher than 10. Beautiful villa on the river in the middle of the jungle. Staff are amazing. Nothing , how can anybody say bad things over this place? Perfect perfect resort
