“Great time with family and friends.”
The resort is gorgeous and the staff are friendly, plus we could order anything from the 24‑hour room service. The only downside was that our supposed ocean view was partially blocked by turf and a building, so we couldn’t see the sea all the way.

The swim‑out, location and food were great. The adults‑only side forces us to share the buffet with kids, and the adults‑only pool—especially the swim‑up—has no music, so we’re told to keep quiet several times while the kids’ pool plays loud hip‑hop. The staff could smile more, and the liquor selection could use more top‑shelf options.

The place was clean, the staff helpful, the meals at the different restaurants were good, and housekeeping even changed the bath towels while I was eating and tidied the room. The only problem was that I paid for a room with a pool, but on the first night I was given a room without a pool and they didn’t change it because the manager wasn’t there; it was only fixed the next day.

Overall it was a great experience. The food was excellent, the pool with bar was fun, and the waitress there was top‑tier. I loved it and will return. My only gripe is that the staff need a better way to alert guests when they’re outside; the banging on doors startled us repeatedly. A bell system or a phone call would be better.
