The location, air conditioning, and cleanliness are good. A shared shower for six rooms is too few, but fortunately there weren’t many guests. There’s no soundproofing—just a sliding door onto a hallway and stairs. It’s okay off‑season, but when it’s full it can be tough.

Ken san was incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with great facilities in a decent spot, and the free bikes were a nice bonus. My only regret was the typhoon that hit during my stay, limiting surfing, but Ken san offered brilliant alternative sights and activities.

My girlfriend and I spent three nights here and the owner, along with his wife, greeted us with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. They offer free bikes, a spotless and spacious kitchen, a ping‑pong table, and a variety of board games, plus complimentary coffee and tea. We rented surfboards, and when we hit the water the owner and his wife joined us for a surf session—quite a laugh! They were always smiling, ready to help, and happy to recommend local eateries and activities. Highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation is about a 10‑minute walk from the Qingdao shrine, situated beside the fishing port in a quiet setting. The owner is extremely friendly and the guest house is impeccably clean. On the second floor there’s a large communal kitchen available for use. The garage provides bicycles and a washing machine free of charge, making nearby sightseeing very convenient.
