Nice room, hot shower. Dirty towels, and for two days I had to ask for the room to be cleaned even though the room‑service light was left on. I also had to request toilet paper and towels. I was disappointed that I had to pay extra to avoid a room facing a wall, which isn’t how the room is described.

I had a terrible experience; nothing was good at all.

The room was good, the breakfast was very good, but the pool was disappointing and there were few loungers.
