The location was perfect for visiting the football stadium which is about a 1 minute walk away. The City centre is about a 20 minute walk and very easy to get to. There is a supermarket and excellent local bakeries and other places to eat nearby. The room and apartment were spotless and the welcome from the staff was excellent. Fabrizio was in touch a day before I arrived and was made very welcome and would definitely stay with them again.:). I wouldn't change anything, the stay was great value.:)

I’d give it a 6/10. The lady was friendly and let us check‑in an hour early, which we appreciated. Parking is easy to find nearby. However, the room lacked a mirror and the apartment had no full‑length mirror at all, which is hard to understand as an essential item that could be fixed for a small cost. Also, it wasn’t clear that the rooms were in the same apartment. The doors barely insulated sound, so you could hear everything the other guests said or did—privacy was nonexistent. A pity.

“Familiare”

Fabrizio welcomed us outside the usual check‑in time, and his girlfriend was extremely courteous, kind, and super helpful. The place itself is comfortable and well organized. If I ever return to Catania, I’ll definitely choose them.
