The house stayed cool even in the heat, with a welcoming décor that felt truly soulful, a tuned piano, and easy parking right in front. Nothing to complain about—everything was great!

The old house was tastefully restored, keeping its coolness, and was quiet just a ten‑minute walk from one of Burgundy’s most beautiful villages. The Pleyel piano was lovely! The internet was unreliable, the freezer needed urgent defrosting, and the key‑box welcome was charming, but the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Conveniently located, the bathroom and toilet were clean, and there was a 33‑RPM record player. The fridge wasn’t cleaned, there were many cobwebs, the apartment was outdated, there was no microwave, and the food was spoiled (soup sachets, etc.).

We had a fantastic family stay in this stone‑age house with unmatched charm; the interior stayed cool, perfect for heatwaves, and we enjoyed the front park and the easy parking. It was well equipped, and it was great to find the pantry shelves in the kitchen—thanks for that.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The house was large, spacious, warm, and welcoming, with a lovely little garden and unique antique‑style furniture that added character. The sheets, towels, and overall cleanliness were good. Because it’s in the countryside, insects can get in; we found a centipede in the kitchen at night. The price felt a bit high, but it was still a good experience.
