Communication was smooth until we arrived, and we were greeted warmly when we got there. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the spot was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from Leopardi train station, which takes us to Montesanto station in 15–20 minutes.

The location is great value for money, with free toothbrushes, water bottles, and breakfast tickets right across the street. The air‑conditioning works well and the hotel is only 900 m from the football stadium. The only downside is that the property houses two separate rooms that share a common kitchen, and it sits on the third floor. The shower is inconvenient, the temperature is hard to set, the mattress is firm, and there’s some noise from the traffic, but it’s worse in other places; the street is still fine. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect from every angle. We really appreciated the staff’s courtesy, always ready and caring, the overall maintenance of the property, and the room’s cleanliness. A special thank you to the management for the late‑night check‑in, which was smooth and hassle‑free. The customer care was truly appreciated.
