It was available and close to the metro, but next to a highway. It wasn’t what we originally booked—a plain apartment—which made the stay difficult for the five of us.

The bed was comfy and the room had plenty of space, but the shower left something to be desired.

The lobby was really nice, the parking garage spacious, and the location was good enough for downtown and the mall. The shower lacked a door, the whole room was foggy, and water leaked into the sink area. The bed sheet had stains and there were no free water bottles.

The place was spotless, the service was outstanding, the comfort level high, parking was convenient, the location great, the room was assigned quickly, and the staff were all professional. The only downside was that nothing was open on Saturday after 10 am until 5 pm for on‑site dining.
