The place is in Garda with the surroundings. The accommodation is suitable for a dog 🙂 fenced courtyard 👍 And I must remember… the friendly host who had an app helped us find a mechanic for the car because we had a bike issue. He even drove the wife to the auto shop 🙂 No comment on negatives.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels, in a quiet part of town, beautiful surroundings, free parking in front of the building, and a social room. The apartment was accessed by going up and down the whole house, stairs, doors, and rooms. The terrace was not part of the apartment but shared with another unit at the entrance. Through the door to the apartment, we could hear the door slamming from the adjacent unit.

Air conditioning was available in the rooms and very pleasant in warm weather. The rooms were clean and tidy upon arrival. Free parking was right next to the property – very convenient for Garda. Communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. The city center was about a 5–10 minute walk away. Restaurants and a supermarket were in the immediate or nearby area. The rooms had a balcony or balcony access. The common area lacked a sink. There were not enough plates, cups, and cutlery for multiple guests using the area for breakfast. After speaking with the host, we had to wash used dishes in the small hand‑washing basin in the bathroom. There were permanent residents on the ground floor. The first‑floor rooms were fairly noisy, picking up sounds from other parts of the building. The bathrooms were quite small and offered little space. Part of the garden was fenced off and unusable. An extra €10 per day was charged for a dog, but this was known before booking. During our stay, the available trash bins were sometimes full, raising the question of where to dispose of additional waste.
