“Decepcionada con la limpieza”
The location was perfect, close to restaurants, the beach, a supermarket, and everything else needed to explore the island. The cleaning was the biggest let‑down of our stay. For the whole time we were there, our room was never cleaned. Only one morning, around 10:30, someone came to ask if they could clean it, but we told them to come back later because our daughter was sleeping. They promised to return, but they never did. In addition, the outdoor trash bins were never emptied, so garbage piled up for days. We had to throw our own trash out, and the bin was already full and swarming with flies from the accumulated waste. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance was obvious throughout the stay, a very unhygienic and disappointing situation, especially for such basic guest services.
