Casa Rural El Castillo

“Días de relax”

I was thoroughly impressed with the lush garden and its perfectly manicured lawn. However, the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, and the heating system could have been more efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there was room for improvement in terms of comfort.

“Defraudados”

We were initially drawn to the serene tranquility of the property, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. There were no towels or serviettes provided, and the mattresses were extremely firm. Additionally, the check-in process was excessively lengthy, and the house was cluttered with instructions.

The comfort of the accommodation was one of its standout features, but unfortunately, it was let down by the inadequate heating system. Despite the temperature being set at 21 degrees, the room was still quite chilly, and we were unable to adjust the thermostat further. This made for a rather uncomfortable stay.

“Tranquilidad y comodidad”

We were looking for a peaceful retreat, and this property delivered on that front, with its serene atmosphere and stunning views. The surroundings were also incredibly beautiful, making it the perfect getaway. While there wasn't anything that particularly stood out as a negative, it's worth noting that everything was just as we had hoped for.

“Perfecta!”

We were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Felix, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The property was also immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was clear that Felix had put a lot of thought into making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
