The location was fine. However, no blankets were provided for the sofa bed, and there was no body wash in the shower when we showered. Breakfast was terrible – I've seen better food served to the homeless. The elevators sound like they’re falling apart.

Everything was great except the water pressure and the fact that there were no bags in the trash cans. The water pressure was weak, the trash cans lacked bags, and breakfast could be better.
