The castle looked stunning and the staff were very attentive and tried to meet our needs. However, the castle seemed too large for the few staff available; only two young women had to manage the daily operations in such a big place, which was almost miraculous. Respect!

The hotel was very beautiful and stylishly furnished, something you don't see every day. The rooms were clean and nice, the bathroom was fine, and the terrace was okay, although the chairs were a bit worn. Overall, very extraordinary, a beautiful setting right from the entrance and in the corridors; I would book again. The terrace equipment was lacking.

What a beautiful castle to stay in. The room felt luxurious! The restaurant also looked very cozy. The staff members were extremely helpful, especially Antonio. The bathroom is huge! The castle and the room get very hot, and the AC wasn’t strong enough to cool the room down. We mentioned this to Antonio, and he gave us a table fan, which helped.
