The location is excellent and strategic, perfect for those who want to explore the city by public transport. It’s very close to the metro and a nice small shopping center nearby for supplies. The staff is friendly and always available. Water is always in the fridge, the bathroom is clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Highly recommended.

The spot is spot on for exploring Bangkok; the BTS skytrain is just a short walk away via a skywalk that’s only a few steps from the hotel, or you can stroll through a tiny shopping mall to reach it, then a 3‑4 minute walk gets you to the station. The neighbourhood feels authentically local, with food stalls and everyday life all around.

Everything worked out fine except the reception staff; they seemed unwilling to help or do anything. It would be perfect if the hotel addressed that.
