I had a wonderful time; the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and pleasant to chat with after a day in Istanbul, offering good service whenever we had questions or issues. The location is ideal—close to many tourist spots, trams, and the metro—yet set on a quiet street for a peaceful rest. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. The room felt a bit small, the walls were thin, and the floor was somewhat dirty; we also had some toilet problems. It’s suitable for a short stay but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays.

Breakfast was really good, everything was fresh, and there was plenty of coffee, bread, and fruit to choose from. The toilet smelled like cigarettes.

The hotel’s location is great, right under Galata. The room is clean, spacious, and has plenty of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was complete and varied. The elevator is very small, and when you have luggage, only two people can barely fit.
