“Super hotel - würden wir immer wieder buchen.”
The hotel sits in a very central spot, making many places reachable on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on us in person at reception, via WhatsApp, and even by phone—a rarity. Our room was nice, spacious, and very clean, with many lighting options, practical sockets, small shelves beside the bed, and a beautiful wallpaper. Toiletries, coffee, tea, and a kettle were provided, and housekeeping paid attention to details like refilling water bottles. The breakfast was superb, with a huge selection and high quality. The rooftop bar was another highlight. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the hotel. The street right in front is heavily trafficked, so with the window open it can get a bit loud. In the bathroom we wished for an extra shelf for personal toiletries in the shower and a hook. The hot lamps over the food were too close and got hot enough to burn me slightly—some extra distance or better safety would help.
The place was spotlessly clean and the new facilities were great, plus the location was convenient. The buffet, however, offered little variety and the quality was low.

The location was excellent, and the property looked clean, modern, and stylish. The elevator was a bit cramped, but at least there was one. The roof bar was lovely, though on the first night the staff seemed reluctant to let us in, the lights were off, and we had to request a drink. We talked to the receptionist the next morning, and on the second night everything was fine: a friendly young woman served us and the lights were on.
The new rooms have very comfortable beds, sound‑proof windows, and the staff were stunningly attentive, meeting all our needs and more. I’ll definitely return.
The cuisine was flawless, featuring a wide range of vegetables, plant-based milks, eggs prepared in several styles, sweet pastries, assorted spreads, olives, salmon, and more. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were very welcoming, making the hotel surpass my expectations. Thanks! Everything was top.
