Fantastic customer care, and everything else was fine.

It was clean, the staff were very pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of lighting options (especially the sliding lamps by the bed that made reading easy). The hotel is a bit far from the metro, which we expected to be closer, and the room only had one non‑sliding chair, so we had to eat breakfast one by one.

The location is good for going to Roland Garros. The 3‑room suite on the third floor had a small sofa bed that didn’t turn into a bed, and the towels had to be requested.

Belle hôtel. Accueil désagréable à notre arrivée. Étonnant d'être mal reçu alors qu'on ne demande rien. X5
