After a few calls—apparently a mix‑up with Booking’s customer service—the desk lady didn’t know my name and the back‑and‑forth between Booking and the hotel made me feel a bit annoyed. I appreciate how they eventually processed the cancellation smoothly, and I’ll consider staying again when the chance arises.
