“Terribly disappointing.”
The Breakfast, although late, was OK. The place does not look like it is portrayed in the pictures 1. The room had no warm water in the shower or basin. -Apparently the geyser was off, or not working. 2. There were no towels. I had to ask for it and when one eventually arrived, it was wet. 3. There was no bottled water in the room. I had to ask for it. 4. There was no toilet paper, no soap, or any other guest toiletries. - I had to request some and only received soap and toilet paper. 5. The room had no coffee machine or kettle, as indicated on the platform. 6. The electricity in the establishment kept on going on and off all the time. -On enquiry was told that the main switch keeps on tripping. 7. There was also no working TV in the room. 8. The condition of the curtains in the room was as per the attached photos. 9. The overall impression of the establishment was that it was not clean and clearly in a state of neglect and decline. Because I checked in after 14:00, I slept there for the night of 26 August 2026. At 07:30 the next morning, I arrived in the dining room for Breakfast, only to find that there was none. I went to the kitchen, there was no one there, but everything in there looked old and run down. At 08:00 someone pitched up and made me Breakfast, which as not too bad. I requested to see the owner and was told that the owner will come at around 10:00. At around 13:00 the owner was still not there and I had to leave for a meeting. After my meeting and lunch, I came back and still did not find the owner there, There was a lady on duty, and I informed her that I am checking out. I found another place and had to pay for four nights to be accommodated. Please compare the photos below with those on the platform. -This place does not belong on the platform
