The location was fine, but the service, cleanliness, shower, fridge, and the chalet itself were all terrible—no clean linens, dirty pillows, and it felt abandoned with no staff around. The whole experience was horrible.

The place was awful and we lost our money. When we arrived we didn’t know which room we’d get; the woman who probably cleans had to call the supposed owner, who didn’t even show up. The room turned out to have no water, making it impossible to stay there. We had to rush to find another hotel because we were heading to a show, and at the last minute we found one about 20‑plus km away—a total disregard for anyone staying there. The property is completely abandoned. I didn’t read the reviews before paying; I was only attracted by the photos, but don’t be fooled. I’m still waiting for a refund that probably never will happen because the person doesn’t answer calls or show up, and they’re probably profiting from people being deceived. While I was at the hotel, a bailiff arrived with a summons, and they said he already has more than 70 cases, just to give you an idea. The booking site should have removed this listing already. I don’t understand why it’s still up given how many complaints there are.

“Muito ruim”

The accommodation is cute, clean, and organized. When we got there, it looked like an abandoned village with a lot of dirt everywhere, and the pool was very dirty. I felt cheated, as did other groups and families there; this place should be blocked by the app because the owner is deceiving people.

I can’t say what I liked; honestly, nobody stayed there in a decent state—just a filthy, totally abandoned space.

I took photos that later disappeared, but the pool was green and filthy, actually closed off, and no one was there to attend to me.
