Compared to other homestays in this price range, Moria is the best! We met warm, very helpful hosts. Lunch and dinner were outstandingly delicious and varied—even when packed as a lunchbox for diving trips. Only the breakfast was a bit unusual for us. The bungalow is spacious and the bed comfortable, though the bathroom does get very wet. The prices for boat transfers were completely fair and reasonable. We felt very comfortable at Moria and would have loved to stay longer

Everything was perfect. We were very well received, and the whole family took care of us throughout our stay. Several diving centers are nearby, and the location was amazing, right on the beach. The snorkeling right in front of the property was fantastic.

Moria homestay turned out to be one of the best homestays I stayed at in Raja Ampat. Before arrival I already had a lot of contact with the owner because I wanted to see a doctor for my ears. I arrived on a Saturday and unfortunately the doctor in Waisai was closed, so he took me to a clinic in Mansuar. The following Monday he also took me to Waisai to see the doctor. He kept every appointment we made in a neat way! I can’t dive, so I wanted to go snorkeling, and he joined me because I didn’t dare go alone and he could show me the best spots. The food is also tasty, varied, and plentiful. I wanted to see the koeskoes, so they also did their best for that. This place is really worth recommending! The boat prices are a bit pricey, so it’s best to make good arrangements in advance.
