The place is very dirty, smells awful, the facilities are poor, there’s no elevator, everything is old, the electricity cuts out around noon and at night, it’s suitable only for workers, and I wouldn’t recommend it for tourists. The hotel is not good for lodging; when I asked for drinking water they told me to go to the supermarket.

Nothing good to say. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep at all because of extreme traffic noise and heat.

The hotel sits on the main road and offers on‑site parking, which was a real plus. My room was comfy and Natalia at the front desk was very helpful.

We liked the location because it’s close to the area where we were working, even though it’s not in Tbilisi’s center but near great restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and understanding. The weather was bad, so perhaps that’s why the balcony wasn’t cleaned; we had a balcony room but had to go outside to smoke.
