The Deluxe Quadruple Room accommodates four guests and offers a choice of either two single beds plus one double bed or four single beds. Climate control is provided by air conditioning, and the room includes an LCD television, a minibar, and complimentary Wi‑Fi. A private bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer.
I liked the breakfast – it was delicious. I didn’t like the noise, because across from our room there was a snack bar playing music, which was loud. When the music stopped, buses were arriving, very noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at all.
The place is very beautiful; I’ve booked other places through you and I always like them. I would like to report a situation regarding my stay. My reservation was scheduled from the 2nd to the 4th. However, on the 3rd I had to leave urgently because my son had an accident and I had to stay with him at the hospital. I returned to the hotel only to collect my luggage. Given this unexpected situation, I would like to know how the unused day will be handled. I tried to contact the hotel management but did not receive clear guidance on how to proceed.
