The room had a horrible smell, the towels and blanket were stinky too. The bathtub was dirty, the food we ordered was greasy and cold, and the TV wouldn’t play any channels. We stayed because we’d already paid, even though the price at the front desk was almost double what we’d seen online.

The place is close to PUC, which is nice, but everything else was a nightmare. The bed was ripped, the sheets didn’t stay on the mattress, there were no slippers or washcloths in the bathroom, and the staff were awful. The check‑in list was missing items that could have been charged later, the shower was freezing with drips, the mattress was thin, and the breakfast was terrible for the price. I won’t be back.

The room smelled like cigarettes, making it hard to sleep. Even with the window open all day, the odor just wouldn’t go away.

The staff were friendly, but the room was filthy—leftover bits from previous guests, a very dirty mirror, mediocre AC, and burnt-out bulbs. Maintenance and housekeeping were awful.
