The location was perfect, just a short walk to Niagara Falls, and Clifton Hill was right outside the hotel—very convenient for families with kids. It was not very stroller‑friendly, especially with a second‑floor room, and a dedicated stroller parking area would have been helpful so we wouldn’t have to keep putting it back in the car and assembling it again.

The hotel sits in a prime central spot on Clifton Hill, close to everything, but the hilltop location made lugging our bags a hassle. Our room was on the third floor and with no lift, hauling our suitcases up was tough; a kind staff member helped us, which we appreciated. The rooms look a bit worn and could use some maintenance and updates.
