The room was clean, the bath and food were very satisfying. When I asked the front desk if my lost item had arrived, several staff members cooperated to search for it. Even after check‑out, they thanked me. I would like to stay again.

The proprietress and all the staff were very polite and gentle, making me feel safe and comfortable. The female staff member who assisted me had a natural smile that was lovely and soothing, and her way of speaking was very relaxing. I had breakfast in a private room, which was calm and allowed me to eat slowly. The rooftop open‑air bath felt hot at first, but once I sank in it was pleasant; being outdoors, the breeze made it even better. The first‑floor bath was too hot for a full body soak, which was the only drawback.

The people are lovely, the food fantastic, the onsen facilities good, and the location interesting. Nothing to complain about.

The stay was extremely enjoyable, just as many reviews say; the owner’s kindness is the biggest highlight. The beef dinner was unforgettable, and the hot spring water quality is excellent. The inn’s parking lot is small, but they offer valet, which is very convenient. A nine‑minute drive from the inn is the Auntie’s terrace, worth visiting for the night view. All in all, I will definitely return to this hotel.
