Location is spot on, right in the middle of everything. But the service left a bit to be desired – some dishes were still dirty, and the site didn’t even mention that breakfast is included or that housekeeping comes every three days. A bit of info would help.

Everything was gorgeous – if you want total silence and to feel totally unplugged, this place is perfect. We slept ten straight hours, woke up to a mouth‑watering breakfast, and even took a trip to Cacheuta hot springs just 40 blocks away. No car? No problem, Uber gets you there. Seriously, go.

They cancelled our booking because we arrived a day late, but we sorted new terms on the spot and paid right there. No hassle.

The grounds are huge, the pool is great, and Neri was super attentive – definitely a reason to come back. But the accommodation itself was pretty bare, and there’s literally no nightlife around; it’s a quiet retreat.

The mountain view from the cabin balcony is stunning, and the whole place is so calm. The best part? They knocked on our door and brought breakfast right to us – that was amazing.
