The place was quiet and beautiful, the breakfast excellent. The breakfast was only for two people, which wasn’t enough; I wish the portion had been larger.

The room size and amenities were good, the pool was nice, and there were plenty of parking spots. The windows shut well and kept out all the noise, even the annoying five‑times‑a‑day clatter. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. However, I had to ask housekeeping to clean the room, the breakfast was not worth the price, and there was no music in the breakfast area, making it awkwardly quiet. The room‑service food quality was low, and there was no iron or ironing board—something I’ve never seen elsewhere. The daytime receptionist was far below the night‑time staff in service quality, though this may reflect the town’s generally below‑average restaurants rather than the hotel itself.
