It was okay, but the manager was a problem.

The On-sight Management cancelled my reservation when I told him I didn’t have the $200 cash safety deposit, costing me the entire amount I’d paid in advance for that night, because this Facility DOESN'T OFFER FREE CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULING—even though it was the OYO MANAGEMENT, not you, who cancelled my reservation without my consent or knowledge. It took 3 days before I received an email saying I wouldn’t be refunded, even after navigating multiple channels to report the theft from OYO and request my refund.

The customer service was horrible, very rude, and the place wasn’t clean at all; I had to pay 200 up front and they were rude because I didn’t know about the deposit when I got it.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless, which was a relief. However, I had to switch rooms because the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the second room I got had a few issues of its own - there was no power outlet near my bed, the TV kept turning off, and the shower needed to be renovated. The tub, which is a single piece, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
