The service across the board was outstanding
The view from the rooftop pool was definitely the best part of our trip
You can't beat the location since it's really close to the metro
The 64th-floor pool was a definite highlight with its incredible scenery

“جميل”
Cleanliness was good, but the staff were not helpful.
The staff, service, location, and breakfast were all awesome.
The rooftop pool is great and the staff are enthusiastic, but the bathroom drain is slow, causing overflow; after reporting to reception, the first repair person didn’t fix it, the second also failed, so I just managed to get by for a few days.
The pool was great, yet I was charged for an extra night.
The hotel is magnificent, but it’s a pity the pool isn’t open in the evenings.
