The restaurant’s kitchen is very good and the prices are reasonable (menu). The restaurant staff are especially friendly and helpful. The tattooed woman (the one who appeared in the photo) who works at the reception is completely incompetent in her job. We had to pull out all the information we needed from her. We arrived an hour before check‑in with our little daughter, and our stay was already paid for. The hotel has a children’s pool that is accessible even without a key card. We asked if our daughter could use the pool while we were waiting; the woman explicitly said that only hotel guests could use it and we were not. The customer care service was star‑rated. Parking, check‑out time, how to get to the beach from the hotel, restaurant opening hours, spa opening hours – I could list all the details. The woman failed at every task related to existing work. The hotel has a good selection of board games. The billiard hall, pool, etc. are all expansions. Free for multiple guests at the bar, more consumption, simple 1‑to‑1 sales. In the restaurant, the leftover dinner was packed into a gyros box and they charged 1000 Ft.
