The room was immaculate and lovely. The bed was large and comfy, making sleep a pleasure. The bathroom was clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was good; we were close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica, plus the subway. Several restaurants were nearby, giving plenty of choices. Multiple lights let us adjust the brightness to our liking. On the downside, the shower water was lukewarm or cold; turning the knob didn’t change the temperature, which is an issue for those who get chilly. The air conditioner in room #3 was noisy. Soundproofing could improve; I had to wear earplugs. We could hear the neighbors above and the keypad’s click when someone entered their room, so quieter operation would help.

I liked the location and the room and bathroom—beautiful, modern, clean, and well designed! I initially had trouble getting the entry code; I left messages for the staff, and finally Nicole called me back and explained everything.

The spot near the Vatican City was good. The AC was not good.

The room was truly lovely, quiet and peaceful—no noise from neighbors or the street, and the bed was very comfortable. We struggled to figure out the air‑conditioning, but Nicole answered our WhatsApp quickly and gave clear instructions. The location is in a calm neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a metro station is about a 5‑minute walk away. Everything else was fine.
