“The washroom was used by someone not cleaned... The room floor was dirty...”
They lowered the price a little, but the location was pathetic.

Despite breakfast being explicitly included in the package, the hotel outright refused to provide it and instead tried to force us into a paid breakfast that was extremely poor and sub‑standard. The premises were equally appalling—highly unhygienic, poorly maintained, and infested with mites and bedbugs. This gross negligence, misrepresentation of services, and total disregard for basic hygiene standards are absolutely unacceptable and reflect very poorly on the hotel’s management. You are hereby called upon to immediately refund the amount charged for the deficient and misrepresented services and compensate for the inconvenience, unhygienic conditions, and mental harassment caused. Failing this, I will be forced to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against the hotel before the competent Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and other concerned authorities, at your risk as to cost and consequences, for deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, misrepresentation, and violation of basic hygiene and hospitality standards.
