I never thought I’d have to leave a negative review for a property, but this was the worst stay I’ve ever had. The first big problem was the location: the property is incorrectly marked and the address given is wrong. I had no mobile service when I arrived, so finding it was extremely hard; I spent over 45 minutes walking back and forth and drained most of my phone battery just to locate the place. In a remote mountain area, accurate location info is crucial. When I finally got there, the electricity was a major issue: I couldn’t charge any of my devices, which was a problem because I had no phone service and needed my phone for navigation and emergencies. I had to go to random restaurants and ask staff to charge my phone so I could have a working device. The poor power supply also caused the room light bulb to flicker constantly, making it hard to do anything in the room, even read a book. On the second day, after coming back from a hike, there was no hot water. So during my stay, there was essentially no reliable electricity, inadequate lighting, and no hot water. I understand this is a mountain accommodation and can tolerate basic facilities, imperfect cleanliness, and a lack of some comforts—that’s not what I’m complaining about. But electricity, functioning lighting, and hot water are different when these amenities are listed as available.
