“Spacious, helpful, and comfortable ― Highly recommend!”

The staff were extremely helpful and kind! The room was spacious with a clean shower and all the usual amenities. We brought food from our home country and they were very accommodating, cooking our ingredients for us. The room was tidy and had everything you’d typically need (shower, hairdryer, fridge). Since we were on the third floor, they helped carry our heavy suitcases up, and the view was nice. Overall, the staff were friendly and very understanding; they’ll try to meet your requests.

We were finally let in, and the staff even offered a free breakfast the next morning. Still, after telling them we’d be late, we found the gates locked and no booking in sight; they claimed the hotel was full and no longer in use, yet neither the hotel nor anyone reached out to us. After a tense talk they managed to find a room, but it was far inferior to the one we had booked and they still charged us the same price.

The location is great, but the room facilities left something to be desired.

“Schöner Aufenthalt”

The service was excellent and very family‑friendly! The room itself was comfortable, though a bit outdated. The equipment was good, the pool was nice, and the food tasted good too—thanks! The only downside was that the TV didn’t work.

The food and service were good, especially the staff who were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The room facilities, however, were lacking.
