The best place to stay in Gniezno! You’re in the middle of everything – religious sites, tourism, food, sports, and walking. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were wonderful. The radio kept playing in the corridor all night in the first room, which disturbed the sleep – it should be turned off at night.

An extraordinary place with an amazing atmosphere! The House of Pilgrim Adalbertus impresses first and foremost with its location – right next to the Gniezno Cathedral, on the historic Lecha Hill. The rooms are clean, well maintained and very cosy.

The place had a great vibe and the staff were genuinely polite. The garden and restaurant were in a nice Italian style, and when I was exhausted, a pizza from the hotel pizzeria was kindly brought to my room.

The receptionist was friendly, the rooms were small but clean, and the bathroom had a disinfectant scent that wasn't very pleasant but showed it was being used. The beds were comfortable with decent linens, and breakfast offered a wide range of products. The location was right next to the pool and the promenade. The staff were noisy and behaved freely before 6 am, yet the rooms were sound‑proof. One bedside lamp was a fake and had no switch, and finding parking nearby was difficult because the street was under renovation.
